Had my first B12 injection with Kate and feel so much better for it. I plan to use FTF for future treatments as their list of services and expertise is extensive. You should only go to qualified nurses for your aesthetic needs and it's something I won't hesitate to do in the future.

Been going to see these girls since they first started their company together. They extremely professional from start to finish and even with their PM follow ups asking and making sure everything is well with all of their treatments i have had.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my treatments. The loveliest of women, friendly and knowledgeable on everything they do. The shop is gorgeous and welcoming. In a great location. Ive had my lips done at Face Things First twice now and always so impressed with the results. The team is so welcoming, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute appointment which I really appreciated. Been going to Kate and Emma for a few years now and always had the best service! Lovely girls . I was very anxious and hesitant to try any form of cosmetic treatment , being a man and associating it as primarily for women but the girls made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They advised against fillers around my eyes due to me getting puffy eyes ( I'm sure some other places would have seen me coming and just taken my money and sent me on my way ) . I had a chemical peel which was pleasant and not at all like I had read about online , this morning my face is smooth , clean and fresh . After visiting i'm now over the stigma , i will be considering lumi eye as recommend in place of any fillers and I will be visiting regularly for the chemical peel . I would definitely recommend to other men who are reluctant and anxious as I was prior to my visit . See you in a few weeks .

My second time visiting Face Things First this time for Polynucleotide treatment. Would highly recommend Kate and Emma for any treatment. Everything is explained fully and they really put you at ease and recommend the best treatment for your needs and also advise on any further treatments. I had my lips dissolved as I had been else where for filler and they ended heavily migrated and lumpy and then had them refilled 2 weeks after. They look unreal now and I love them! All the ladies in the salon are amazing and kind, make you feel very relaxed. How they go about things are so professional! I wouldn’t be going anywhere else now!

I’ve been going to Kate and Emma for various treatments for the last few months and I’ve recently had a course of polynucleotides. I can’t recommend them enough! They make you feel so comfortable during treatments and my skin feels amazing from the polynucleotides! I’ve noticed a massive difference with my skin since I’ve started coming. Today was my first time having a cosmetic procedure, and I am also scared of needles so I was extremely nervous as this was a huge deal for me! I've just finished my treatment. I have just had a non surgical rhinoplasty. Wow! My results are amazing. I now love my nose. I'm not very good with needles, Emma and Kate made me feel really comfortable and calm. I have been visiting Emma and Kate for over 2 years now. They are the most approachable, reassuring and professional duo ever.
